Office Tasks

• Managing the administrative aspects of the Institutional Erasmus+ Study Contract.
• Preparing the call of applications in compliance with the European Union regulations, establishing general timelines and procedures.
• Handling the payment of scholarships.
• Establishing in contact with the European Commission and the relevant National Agencies.
• Organizing, in collaboration with the Language Centre (CLA), language courses for foreign students awarding scholarships.
